Terms & Conditions 

1. The goods ordered by the buyer will be dispatched, upon receipt of payment from the buyer, to the address specified on the customer order details.
   
2. If the buyer has not received the goods in accordance with the order, then it is the responsibility of the buyer to inform us of any suspected discrepancy. It is the policy of Mashooq to investigate the matter before any decision is made. You will be notified in writing of any decision made by or on behalf of Mashooq.
   
3. Where goods are delivered to a third party, you will only be able to cancel the order if you can return the goods you ordered to us. All goods must be returned to us promptly, in a resalable condition, at your cost. Any refund owed will be credited to you when we receive the goods. We will not collect an item from you. You will be notified of the fee at the time of cancellation.
   
4. Once the goods have been received by the buyer, responsibility for their use passes to them.
   
5. If the buyer is not the end user then it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the end user is aware of all terms of this contract and the use of the products.
   
6. We will not accept responsibility for any loss arising from negligent use of Mashooq by a hairdresser or end user. The instructions for the use of Mashooq range of products must be read and understood prior to use.
