Refund

We guarantee all Mashooq products have not been tested on animals and are free from chemicals.  If not satisfied, please return the products within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or replace less shipping costs.

 Where goods are delivered to a third party, you will only be able to cancel the order if you can return the goods you ordered to us. All goods must be returned to us promptly, in a resalable condition, at your cost. Any refund owed will be credited to you when we receive the goods. We will not collect an item from you. You will be notified of the fee at the time of cancellation.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and we will not share information about you with anyone apart from Mashooq employees who may from time to time send you updates about our products.
